Credo has a diverse real estate practice, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction, real estate finance and work outs, entitlements, property management and real estate investments. Our lawyers have represented residential and commercial developers, commercial landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders and real estate investors.
Acquisition and disposition experience includes the purchase and sale of industrial, office, retail and hotel properties, on both an individual and portfolio basis. Our lawyers also have substantial experience representing landlords and tenants in negotiating industrial, office and retail leases. They understand that not only the square footage of the transaction, but the type of lease, creditworthiness of the tenant and the status of the project will impact the business and legal negotiations of a lease transaction.
Our finance practice includes the real estate finance of large- portfolio commercial and land assets, single asset commercial properties, including CMBS loans, and construction projects. We also have extensive experience representing high net worth individuals in the purchase, sale and finance of personal residences.
From negotiating on behalf of developers with public agencies on entitlement, leasing and other matters to forming real estate joint ventures, our lawyers bring an abundance of legal and business experience to each project to find the right solution for the client.
